Product Enquiry is a great menu enabling users to get a snapshot of information for a selected Product. It’s like a looking glass into a Product’s most crucial information, all displayed on one screen. Whilst users can’t edit this screen, it is a valuable tool for viewing Product listings while also providing an alternative to accessing Product Maintenance. For those users familiar with this menu, they will know about the unique feature this screen has! Users can search using any selected field/s, for example, from a blank screen enter a Supplier No, click ‘Load All’, then ‘Find’. The system is so clever it will respond with a scroll through list of all Products belonging to that Supplier! You can even change the Sequence of the results.
