A change has been made to allow for all of the standard search functions to be performed on inactive records. A new Tickbox called ‘INA’ has been added next to the search box that when selected will put the Maintenance screen into Inactive Mode. This new mode will then allow for all of the standard searching features (the use of Question Marks, Forward Slash and Commas as well as searching for names, sort keys and Id numbers) to be used. However when in Inactive mode it will only look for Records marked as inactive.

- Selected – the maintenance screen will be in Inactive Mode. This will only search for Inactive records.
- Unselected – the maintenance screen will be in Standard Mode. This will only search for Active records.
