A change has been made to which Customers display for a User in Customer Maintenance when the User has a Business Unit Configured.
When a users is logged in that has a Business Unit configured, Customer Maintenance will only be able to search for Customers that also belongs to the same Business Unit as the logged in user.
When a Site has ‘Central Shipping Active’ Turned on the Customer Class field becomes mandatory
When ‘Central Shipping Active’ is turned on and the logged in User belongs to a specific Business Unit:
- Only Customers that also belong to the same Business Unit as the logged in User can be accessed.
- The following Drop downs will only have access to entries that belong to the same Business Unit as the logged in User.
- Customer Class
- Territory
- Salesperson
- Customer Price Groups
- Customer Promo Groups .
