Back Order Maintenance

The following updates have been released for Back Order Maintenance:

  • Users can now double click on the ‘Original Invoice’ field  and it will bring up the ‘Display an Invoice’ screen showing the Original Invoice.
  • Double click on ‘Nxt ETA’ or ‘Nxt Qty’ will now bring up the ‘Display Stock On Order’ screen.
  • When Users choose to Display Selected or Modify Selected the results will now show Back Orders based on the ‘Cancelled’ tick box on the Maintenance screen. If the Cancelled Tick box is set to True, it will only show Cancelled Back Orders.
  • Back Orders that have ‘NxtOrd’ as True will now show ‘Ready’ as False. Even when fully allocated.
  • Searching with ‘Status’ set to ‘Ready to Send’ will no longer find Back Orders that have ‘NxtOrd’ as True.
  • Searching with ‘Status’ set to ‘Overdue’ will now only find Back Orders that has one of the following as True:
    • ‘F/U Date’ is blank and ‘Nxt ETA’ is expired
    • ‘F/U Date’ is not blank and ‘Nxt ETA’ is greater than ‘F/U Date’
  • Users can now double click on the Configurable Field
  • A dropdown called ‘Business Unit’ is now visible for sites that have Business Units configured so Users can switch between Business Units. This will be locked for sites that have ‘Central Shipping Active’ if the current logged in User is attached to a Business Unit.
  • In Back Order Maintrenance, search results will now show with the lines highlighted based on the Sort Order. For example If sorting by Product ID, the lines will alternate between white and grey every time the Product ID changes.
  • Removed the ‘Link Back Order / Unlink Back Order’ and ‘Send when Available / Hold until Next Order’ buttons. Users can perform these behaviours by:
    • Single clicking on ‘Linked’ or ‘NxtOrd’
    • Select ‘Link Back Order’ or ‘Hold until Next Order’ functions from the ‘’Options’ menu.
  • ‘Invoice Cus Back Orders’ will find all ready Back Orders. Even ones that have ‘NxtOrd’ set to True. Once Invoice Entry is loaded, it will automatically load the ‘View Back Orders’ option (Instead of asking if the user wants to load Back Orders, Yes. No, View).
