The Detail Panel – A new ACR Innovation

Earlier last month, we released our newest Software innovation- the Detail Panel.

The Detail Panel functions within both the Retail and Wholesale environments, working side by side with your POS or Invoicing System entry screens. Users may find their screen resolution may need a little adjusting for correct viewing and if sites prefer not to use this enhancement, they can simply turn it off within the top file menu under Options.

The Detail Panel has been designed to allow the operator easy access to pertinent information at the time of transaction. For both environments the information relates to the Customer and the Products being input. With this information immediately at hand users are then able to make informed and efficient decisions. 

The Detail Panel Configuration menu plays an important role by allowing sites to customise the type and amount of information shown in the Panel to suit their business needs.

Since it’s release only mid last month we are already improving and adding new features. For example, we have now added a Carrier tab to the Invoicing/ Mail Order Detail Panel to improve access to immediate information.

We know that this new inspiring innovation will allow our businesses to improve their processes and better serve their customers.
