The following changes have been made to the Order Maintenance > Set ETA screen:
- A new ‘To be Advised’ tick box can be found next to the ‘Order ETA’ field in the top right corner. When ticked this will set the Order ETA to ‘TBA’ which indicates that the Order ETA will be set at a later date
- A new ‘Set TBA’ box can be found next to the ‘Set ETA’ field at the bottom of the screen. The User will be able to select Product lines with their associated tick box and then press the new ‘Set TBA’ button to set/unset those Product lines ETA to TBA.
Additionally, within the Menu Item ‘Set Order Product ETA’ ,we have added a new ‘TBA’ tickbox. When ticked this will update the Product ETA to TBA on all Orders with the selected Supplier/Product combination.
When Stock Allocation/Back Order Allocations are run the Product Next Order Qty/Date & Further Order Qty/Date(for configured sites) will be excluded for any Products with an Order ETA of TBA and any Orders set to TBA (with Product line ETA’s blank).
Note: If set, the ‘TBA’ Order ETA will also display on the Display an Order screen.
