Bulk email is a great program that basically allows sites to send an Email out to multiple email addresses all at once. Of course this can be qualified and sent to all Customers / Suppliers or only across a selected range. It even allows you to add an attachment!Β It is such a handy tool to notify your Customers, for example, of new trading hours with the upcoming Christmas and New Year Period fast approaching.
There are some things you need to know to make this work smoothly:
Firstly make sure your eDoc Documents type for Bulk Email are set up:
Secondly, make sure your Customers and Suppliers are set up within their B2B eDocuments settings.

With those details setup, you are now able to Bulk Email out to your Customers/Suppliers with ease.
