Within Debtors Configuration a new ACR Only setting applicable only to the new Debtor Prepayment functionality, has been created called ‘Remittance Prepayment Auto Discount Tolerance’. From this update forward for newly created Debtor Prepayment Allocations, this function will enable users to set a Tolerance Percentage to be applied within the Debtor Prepayment Allocation screen. Meaning, the system will automatically be able to apply the Tolerance value and allocate any differences, which will then align the figures and enable an automatic match. Whilst the Tolerance value will default to 0.04 percent, it can be adjusted, please email a request for any change to this value via the ACR Training Team.
