Within the Confirmations System, a new feature to short a line with the click of the mouse has been created. This feature is by configuration and can be switched on by marking the ‘Confirmation Calc Short Qty’ tick box true within Misc Configurations.
When this configuration is true, within the Confirmations system, Users can fully short a line by clicking the tick box at the end of the line (the box that ordinarily gets marked when a line is confirmed).
If a line has a partly confirmed quantity and the box is ticked, then the system will automatically short the remaining quantity on that line (as pictured below).
To undo a quantity that has been shorted Users will be able to do so by the usual means of keying a negative whilst in Short mode.
