Product Maintenance > Change Log History

Within Product Maintenance, Users can now view a history log of changes on the selected Product. This will be a valuable tool to use to identify when/who has updated the Product record. To access the ‘Change Log History’ menu item simply navigate to the File Options menu within Product Maintenance and select ‘Change Log History’.

The User can select the desired field from the top right drop down list to view the following information:

  • From – This will display what the field was populated with before the change
  • To – This will display what the field was changed to
  • Source – This will display the source of the change
  • Operator – Which Operator made the change
  • Real Date/Time – The real date/time the change was made

Upon entering ‘Change Log History’ the default selection will be that of the latest change to the Product and only those fields that have been changed will be listed in the dropdown column.
Note: From the installation of this update, changes will be logged.
