Product Maintenance > Stock Receipts

Within Product Maintenance, the Stock Receipts screen has been updated to now include columns: 

  • Supplier Name
  • Rec Cost
  • Sys Cost

The ‘Sys Cost’ column will show the Products’ actual cost directly after a Stock receipt has been processed and also after any cost adjustments have been made. The ‘Sys Cost’ can be different to the ‘Rec Cost’ in certain scenarios, for example when the Stock Receipt is processed through the Auto file or when ‘Leave Cost’ is selected.

Note: The new System Cost value will start to populate from the date your system receives this update.
