Within the Despatch System, the Electronic file produced for Direct Freight Express (DFE) will now include the following xml tags:
- AccountNumber
- ReceiverContactName
- ReceiverPhone
- ReceiverEmail
Whilst the Account number for the Carrier is pre-filled by the system from Carrier Maintenance, the Receiver details will need to be entered within the Delivery Details on the Invoice including the ‘Order Contact Advice Type’ which can be set to either ‘Email Advice Only’ or ‘Email and SMS Advices’.
