In support of the Repair System, when needing to Despatch a Repair with multiple Product records (on the same RA number), the system will now recognise this and load a new Despatch Index Screen. This will enable the user to ‘mix’ multiple Despatch records onto the one consignment to be despatched, dependent on the Despatch Status.
Whilst there are multiple despatch statuses, the following are unable to be mixed:
- Mixed
- Despatched
- Re-Despatched
Users need to Select (highlight) and tick the record to be the main Despatch record for the consignment, then tick the other records needed to be ‘mixed’. Continue by selecting ‘Mix’ upon which the system will return the operator to the Despatch screen.
