Within the ACR System we have further developed the functionality of 4 existing fields resulting in enhanced data reporting.
These fields are:
- Next Order Date
- Next Order Qty
- Further Order Date
- Further Order Qty
To enable the system to utilise the information theses fields hold further across its’ programs, we have created them within a number of menus.
Lets step through them:
Product Maintenance > Stock Areas tab
Within the Stock Area section of this screen, the ‘Next/Further Order Date and Quantity fields’ are now available per Stock Area.
Please note that the values held by these fields will be collated and shown as a total on the Product Maintenance menu main screen where configured.
Stock Allocations / Back Order Allocations
Where there are pre-existing ‘Next/Further Order Qty/Date’ fields displayed on the main Product Maintenance screen, they will now be updated when Stock Allocation/Back Order Allocations are run. After running the allocation, the system will combine the values from each individual Stock Area ‘Next/Further Order Qty/Date’ field and display the total value.
Export / Import Utility and Report Generator
Within the Export/Import Utility and Report Generator menus, the following new fields for each Stock Area have been created:
- SA x Next Order Date
- SA x Next Order Qty
- SA x Further Order Date
- SA x Further Order Qty
