ACR Payday Super > new Payroll Configuration

In our followup reminder email to sites recently regarding the need to advise the ATO of your SSID number prior the 31st of May and in support of Ozedi sending Superannuation data via the STP file, we have introduced measures within the Payroll System to manage non compliant actions.

Within the Payroll Configuration menu, a new check box has been created called ‘SSID Advised to ATO’. Users are encouraged to mark this box ‘True’ once they have indeed advised the ATO of their SSID details. Once this has been ticked, Payroll processing will perform as expected. Until then, users will be notified during their Payroll processing that this needs to be addressed.

Payroll Entry

If the new configuration is unticked, users will see new warning messages from this update forwards. Meaning, after 8/6/2026, a warning will be displayed upon batch completion if the new configuration ‘SSID Advised to ATO’ is not set to True. Users can select OK and complete Payroll processing.

Payroll Sheet

If the new configuration is unticked, users will again see a new warning message from this update forwards. Meaning, after 8/6/2026, a warning will be displayed before printing if the new configuration ‘SSID Advised to ATO’ is not set to True. Users can select OK and at this stage complete Payroll processing.

If after the 10/06/2026, the new configuration remains unticked, users will see a new warning message. Meaning, that after 10/6/2026, a warning will be displayed before printing if the new configuration ‘SSID Advised to ATO’ is not set to True. Users will then be unable to complete Payroll processing.
