Within the Order Search menu, an update has been made within the ‘Inv Details’ screen. The ‘Scanned’ column has been enhanced to provide a more accurate indication of whether products have been scanned during the picking process.
The ‘Scanned’ tick box will now display based on the following conditions:
- Tick box selected (True): All quantities on the order line have been confirmed by scanning product barcodes.
- Tick box not selected (False): One or more quantities have been confirmed by manually entering the quantity rather than scanning.
- Tick box hidden: The order line has not been confirmed through the Confirmations System or RFGuns, the line has been fully shorted, or the product does not have a barcode.
For example, where an order line contains 4 Inners:
- If all 4 Inners are scanned, the ‘Scanned’ tick box will be selected.
- If 1 Inner is scanned and the remaining quantity is manually entered, the ‘Scanned’ tick box will not be selected.
Products without barcodes will no longer be included in the scanning percentage calculation, ensuring scanning performance more accurately reflects products that can be scanned.
Please note, the change to products without barcodes applies to confirmations processed from this update onwards.
