A change has been made to how the data in the ‘Web Specs’ field is formatted when importing or outputting from the Product section of the export/ import utility.
When the ‘Web Specs’ fields is exported the system will place a “ character at the beginning and at the end of the data output.
When importing data into the ‘Web Spec’ field a “ character should be at the start and end of the data to be imported. These characters will automatically be removed when the data is imported.
These changes have been made to improve how multi-line values of ‘Web Specs’ are handled by the ACR system.
