Some changes have been made to the checks performed when opening a Payroll Entry Batch. When users click on the OK button after entering all appropriate dates, the system will check to see if any Invalid Pay Allocations exist. If any are found, a warning message will be displayed that will list these Pay Allocations.
The Message will read:
WARNING
The following Pay Allocations are invalid for the Trans Type of Income and Income Type of Amount:
Account: Allocation ID and Name – “XXXX XXXX Effect”
