A feature has been added to the Point of Sale system so that when completing an account sale through Point of Sale a ‘POS Authorisation Number’ screen will open. This screen contains a preconfigured code that can be used as a way to verify that the person asking for the item to be put on the account is an authorised user of the account. When this screen appears the operator has two choices.
The choices are;
OK – Selecting this will allow the sale to continue
Cancel – Selecting this will stop the sale and return to the Point of Sale screen.
