The Export / Import Utility has been adjusted slightly, in relation to price changes.
If the following criteria is met, the system will prompt the user to create label batches:
- Configuration is set to print labels for any changes to Price Code 1
- Price Code 1 (RRP Price) exists on the Import File
- Price Code 1 (RRP Price) is different on the Import file to the Product File
- Product record has label types other than None on the Product File
When the user imports the file, the following message will be displayed:
Selecting Yes will produce a label batch in the Label System with the Reference of “IMPORT RRP UPDATE”.
- All products that have had a change made to the RRP (Price 1) Price code, and have label types other than None set on the Product record, will be included in this batch.
- Any products that have had the RRP changed but the label types in the Product File are set to None, will NOT be added to the Label batch.
The system will create a separate label batch for each import processed.
