A change has been made to how the Product Maintenance Set Length items screen records lengths. The Set Lengths screen will now show two quantities:
- “Total Qty”, which will show the total quantities for each length
- The second column will show the total quantities in a set Stock Area.
The Stock Area drop-down is used to select which Stock Area you wish to see the quantities for.
Note: When this update is installed, all quantities for every product/length will automatically be placed into Stock Area 1.
All other areas of the ACR system that utilise set lengths have also been updated to take into account which stock area is being used and will update the appropriate values. Areas that are affected include:
- All Sales
- All Transfers
- Stock Receipting
- Stock Adjustments
- Stocktakes
Note: In Stock Adjustments, users are not able to ‘Transfer’ from one stock area to another for a Set Length Recorded/Tracked Item. Users are advised to use the appropriate front end and perform a transfer instead.
