A change has been made to the POS Security Authorisation screen. A new tickbox has been added called ‘Expense Payout Authority’.
This will set the security for which user groups are allowed to perform an Expense Payout in Point of Sale. The available options are:
- Selected – With this selected the user group will be able to perform an Expense Payout.
- Un-Selected – With this unselected the user group will not be able to perform an Expense Payout.
Note: On install, this new tick-box will automatically be selected for the following User Groups:
- Everyone
- Administrators
