New fields have been added to the Export / Import utility. These fields are available under the Product Export and Product Import to update. The newly available fields are:
- Secondary Sup Cost Bias Factor
- Secondary Sup Cost Bias Operator
- Secondary Sup Discount %
- Secondary Sup Min Qty
- Secondary Sup Name
- Secondary Sup Number
- Secondary Sup Order As Unit
- Secondary Sup Order Comment 1
- Secondary Sup Order Comment 2
- Secondary Sup Order Multiples
- Secondary Sup Qty Bias Factor
- Secondary Sup Qty Bias Operator
- Secondary Sup Rebate 1
- Secondary Sup Rebate 2
- Secondary Sup Rebate 3
- Secondary Sup Rebate Type 1
- Secondary Sup Rebate Type 2
- Secondary Sup Rebate Type 3
- Secondary Sup SKU
- Secondary Sup Surcharge %
When any of the above fields (Excluding ‘Secondary Sup Name’ and ‘Secondary Sup Number’) are included in an import file with values, the ‘Secondary Sup Number’ field becomes a mandatory field.
When importing the Secondary Supplier fields they will never replace a Secondary Supplier. The ‘Secondary Sup Number’ provided will be used to check if the Product already has that Supplier set. If so, it will update that record with the information provided. If the Supplier is not already on the Product file, it will create a new Secondary Supplier record for this Product.
When exporting it will randomly pick a Secondary Supplier record, and the Secondary Supplier fields output will all be from the same selected Secondary Supplier. The purpose of this feature is to have a means to easily create the file to use for importing.
Note: None of the above fields can be rolled back.
