A change has been made to the Carrier Maintenance screen. An ‘Inactive Flag’ tick box has been added. A Carrier can not be made inactive when:
- It is the ACR Default Carrier (Carrier ID 9999)
- It is in use in the configuration: Global Parameters -> For Delivery Default
- It is in use in the configuration: Repair Configuration -> Auto Complete Despatch Carrier
- Carrier is attached to a Customer
- Carrier is attached to an unprinted Invoice / Mail Order
- Carrier is attached to an unprocessed Invoice / Mail Order Quote
- Carrier is attached to a parked Invoice / Mail Order
- Carrier is attached to an unprocessed Repair
- Carrier is attached to an unprocessed Despatch
Note: Carriers made inactive will no longer be available in carrier selection dropdowns throughout the ACR system.
