A New drop down field has been added to the Order creation by Min/Max screen. This drop down is for use when the ‘Order for Supplier’ drop down is set to Internal. The Available options are:
- Always Ship
- Check against Free Stock
- Check against SOH
The process for an Internal Order created for an Internal Supplier is:
- System works out an Initial Quantity based on Min/Max
- If there is a Unit Quantity, the Quantity will be adjusted up to the next divisible vale.
- If the Product has the Internal Supplier attached, products pack size adjustments will then occur.
- If the ‘Ship Quantity’ configuration is set to either ‘Check against Free Stock’ or ‘Check against SOH’, the Quantity may be adjusted based on either Free Stock or SOH of the Internal Suppliers Stock Area.
- If the Quantity was adjusted based on Free Stock or SOH, and the Internal Supplier is attached to the Product, then products pack size adjustments going down will occur.
- If the Quantity was adjusted based on Free Stock or SOH, and the Product has a Unit Quantity, the Quantity will then be adjusted down to the previous divisible vale.
