A change has been made to the output options for ‘Manual Drivers Runs Sheets’. The options to output to ‘Disk’ is now available for both the ‘Print’ and ‘Print By Zone’ options.
When the ‘Disk’ output method is selected after pressing the ‘Print’ button the ‘Manual Drivers Run Sheet’ will create a Tab Delimited Text file with the following columns;
- Line
- Customer Name
- Account Number
- Invoice Number
- Invoice Amount
- Carton/Pallet
- Delivery Comments
When the ‘Disk’ output method is selected after pressing the ‘Prin By Zone’ button the ‘Manual Drivers Zone Run Sheet’ will create a Tab Delimited Text file with the following columns;
- Line
- Customer Name
- Account Number
- Invoice Number
- Invoice Amount
- “Zone Name” – Cartons
- “Zone Name” – Pallets
The Manual Drivers Zone Run Sheet will create a Cartons and Pallet column for all zones that you have configured with ACR. No ‘Total’ or ‘Other’ columns will be created on the file.
Note: With this change, the reprint question will no longer come up after printing (Nor will it automatically clear the screen afterwards).
