Short Term Debtor Maintenance

A change has been made to ‘Short Term Debtor Maintenance’. The ‘H/O Copy’ and ‘Delivery Copy’ tickbox’s are now available to be selected. The system will work as follows:

• If neither is ticked a Tax Invoice will be created only.
• If only ‘H/O Copy’ is ticked a Tax Invoice will be created only.
• If both ‘H/O Copy’ and ‘Delivery Copy’ are ticked then a Tax Invoice will be create as well as a Delivery Copy of the invoice.

If the ‘eDoc’s Override’ tickbox is selected the following will occur.

• If neither is selected or if only ‘H/O Copy’ is selected the Tax Invoice will be emailed and no other copy will be produced. 
• If ‘H/O Copy’ and ‘Delivery Copy’ is selected then the Tax Invoice will be emailed and the ‘Delivery Copy’ will be printed.

Note: The existing configuration ‘Global Parameters – Default Delivery Copy for COD’ will continue to work when the customer has the ‘Delivery Copy’ tick box set to False.
