There has been a change made to the following screens:
- Order Entry by Product (Local / Overseas)
- Order Entry by Supplier (Local / Overseas)
- Manual Stock Receipt
- Stock Receipt by Order (Local / Overseas)
Users are now able to see details of Stock on Order or Stock on Special Order (if applicable) without having to fully complete a product line when entering Orders or Stock Receipts.
For each product line, once the line is highlighted, users can view either Stock on Order or Stock on Special Order via the following methods:
- For Stock On Order, press F5, or click the Options menu, then select “Display On Ord”.
- For Stock on Special Order (if applicable), press F6, or click the Options menu, then select “Display on S/Ord”. Stock On Special Order relates to stock that is ordered for a particular special.
The order details will only be available if the On Ord and On S/Ord fields are listed in the details section at the bottom of the screen.
Note: “On S/Ord” is not available in the Stock Receipt screens.
Once either of these options are selected, this will open up a separate screen displaying all printed Orders that that product is listed on. Users can then highlight a desired line, and by double clicking on it, or by selecting the Display Selected button, the details of that order will be displayed on screen.
