Customer Maintenance – Output to DocX Configuration

The Output to DocX Configuration under the B2B button in Customer Maintenance has been converted to a drop down selection to improve ease of use.  When users select the tick box immediately to the right of Output to DocX, then click on the … (Ellipsis) button, the next screen that appears contains the drop down selection.  Users can select the site that the file will be output to from this list.  If there is more than one site that could be selected, then a second drop down list will appear where the user can select the site in question.

Note: Records which already contain data will be retained, and users do not need to change anything.
