A change has been made to the Report generator fields available under the Customer drop down.
The following fields have been added to the Customer drop down:
- Mail To Address Line 1
- Mail To Address Line 2
- Mail To Country
- Mail To Post Code
- Mail To State
- Mail To Suburb
These fields will provide the details from the Postal Address fields in the customer file as long as ‘Postal Address Line 1’ is filled in, otherwise the details from the Delivery Address will be output in their place.
The Mail To Address fields work with all Customer Account Types. As Short Term Debtor Customers only have 1 address record, the Mail To Address fields will always show these address details.
