A new non-editable tickbox has been added to the Contacts Details section of the Address Book called ‘Primary’. The Contact marked as the Primary Contact will always be at the top of the list of Contacts. This applies to both Customer and Supplier Contacts only.
The Primary Contact is set under the Contacts button of the relevant Maintenance Screen:
- Customer Maintenance – Contacts
- Supplier Maintenance – Contacts
