There has been a new button added to Periodic Billing Maintenance under the Statistics Button called Export. When clicked, this will export all Maintenance records in tab delimited format to the docs directory with the filename of “periodicbilling_export.txt”. The export will contain the following information:
- Account no
- Trading Name
- Product ID
- Product Description
- Quantity
- Price
- Cost
