Export / Import Utility

Additional fields have been added to the Export / Import Utility under the Product options as Export Only fields. The field is called ‘SA x Transient Units’ where the x represents the Stock Area required. As an example if you have three Stock Areas you will have the following fields available:

SA 1 Transient Units

SA 2 Transient Units

SA 3 Transient Units

With these fields now available, users are able to accurately work out the ‘Free Stock’ of a stock area using the following function and replacing the number 1 with the required Stock Area number: 

SA 1 Free Stock = ‘SA 1 SOH’ – ‘SA 1 Transient Units’ – ‘SA 1 Unprinted Invoice SOH’ – ‘SA 1 Committed Stock On hand’
