Product Maintenance -> Stock Area

A change has been made to the Stock Area button on the Product Maintenance screen. A number of fields have been renamed as well as some fields having been added.

The fields that have been renamed are:

  • ‘Total Unprinted Invoices’ has been renamed to ‘Total Unprinted Invoices Ship’
  • ‘Unprinted Invoices’ has been renamed to ‘Unprinted Invoices Ship’

The new fields that have been added are;

  • ‘Total Unprinted Invoices Back Orders’
  • ‘Unprinted Invoices Back Orders’ – This will appear under each Stock Area’s breakdown.

Users can drill down on the two new fields to display the ‘Display Unprinted Invoices Back Order’ screen which provides details on the unprinted invoices included in the total. These two fields will start updating with new information straight away and will be populated with existing (pre-update) information after the first Stock Allocations is run.

These new values will also be considered when using the ‘Order Creation from Min/Max’ and ‘Order Creation from History’ screens.
