A change has been made to the User Maintenance screen. These changes only take effect if the ‘Central Shipping Active’ config is turned on.
When ‘Central Shipping Active’ is turned on:
- The Business Unit drop down becomes a mandatory field.
- A new option called ‘Administration Operator’ becomes available for the Business Unit drop down . Selecting this is the same as not belonging to a specific Business Unit and will give the User access to everything.
When ‘Central Shipping Active’ is turned on and the logged in User has a Business Unit configured:
- They will only be able to access Users that belong to the same Business Unit.
- When creating a new User, the Business Unit drop down will default to the logged in User’s Business Unit.
- The Business Unit drop down is not able to be edited.
