A change has been made to the Territory Maintenance screen. These changes only take effect if the ‘Central Shipping Active’ config is turned on.
When ‘Central Shipping Active’ is turned on:
- A new field called BU becomes available. This is a mandatory field and allows a Business Unit to be set on a Territory.
When ‘Central Shipping Active’ is turned on and the logged in User has a Business Unit configured:
- They will only be able to access Territories that belong to the same Business Unit.
- When creating a Territory, BU will default to the logged in User’s Business Unit.
- The BU field is not able to be edited.
