A change has been made to how the Sales History report finds records when a User is logged in that has a Business Unit configured.
When a User is logged in that has a Business Unit configured they will only be able to search for Customers that also belongs to the same Business Unit as they do.
When ‘Central Shipping Active’ is set to True and the logged in User belongs to a specific Business Unit, the below also applies:
- They will only be able to search for a Salesperson that also belongs to the same Business Unit as they do.
- Will only print out Sales for a Customer that also belongs to the same Business Unit as they do. Sales with no Customer (Cash Sales from Point of Sale) will not be included in this report.
