A change has been made to the filter section of the eDocs Document Types screen. A new dropdown for Despatch Labels has been added. This will allow for a different image other than the default image to be set for each filter level. This field is only available for non-default records, and has the below options:
- None – No image will be printed on the despatch label.
- Default – The system will use the appropriate configuration in ‘Misc Configurations – Despatch’ for Despatch Labels. The field next to the dropdown will show this value, yet remain non-editable.
- Specified – The field next to the dropdown becomes available for a specified image to be set.
With this change, sites now have the ability to set a despatch label image for any non-default record. Not just for Direct Shipment records.
Note: On installation, the new field will be set to the following:
- Default for all default records.
- Specified for all non-default records that currently have a despatch label set
- None for all other records.
