A number of changes have been made to Customer Maintenance.
The first change is to the Contact button. A new field called ‘Web Identifier’ has been added.
The second change is to the B2B button. A new tick box called ‘Customer Identifier 5 Customer Contact Web Identifier’ has been added. This will use the value entered in the ‘Web Identifier’ field under the Contact button. It is locked in as 5th in order of precedence, however it does not require ‘Customer Identifier 1’ to ‘Customer Identifier 4’ to be set first.
