A number of changes have been made to Carrier Maintenance relating to Carrier setup for use with StarTrack
Carton Labels
Carton Labels printed using the Form ‘STR – Zebra’ will print based on the new specifications provided by StarTrack. .
There have been a number of changes to Carton Labels – Service for labels using the Form ‘STR – Zebra’. The following three Services have been removed:
- Satchel – 1PN
- Satchel – 3PN
- Satchel – 5PN
and the following two services have been added:
- Carton – Premium
- Satchel – Premium
Note: Any invoices despatched with a Carrier using one of the new StarTrack Premium services can only have a carton quantity of 1.
As part of the change all linked Carriers must have the same value in ‘Consignment Notes – Template Prefix’ before a manifest is printed, or the electronic file is created.
Manifest
A new option ‘STR’ has been added as an available option under ‘Manifest – Form’. This will give sites the ability to print the StarTrack Despatch Summary.
