A change has been made to zones maintenance and how invoices amalgamate. The amalgamate tickbox has been replaced with two new tickboxes. These are labels ‘A’ and ‘B’. Each zone can only have one of the options selected.
These new tickboxes allow for the ability to amalgamate zones into two separate invoices as well as allow zones to split off into their own invoice. As an example:
Zones are setup as
- Zone 1 – A is selected
- Zone 2 – A is selected
- Zone 3 – Both are unselected
- Zone 4 – B is selected
- Zone 5 – B is selected
When a customer order is created that has products from all 5 zones the final result will be three invoices printed.
- Invoice 1 will contain all products from Zones 1 and 2 amalgamated together.
- Invoice 2 will contain all products from Zone 3 by itself.
- Invoice 3 will contain all products from Zones 4 and 5 amalgamated together.
