Order Creation by History or Order Creation by Min/Max are excellent tools to assist with managing your stock holding. However sometimes when using it you can encounter some issues.
The Most commonly encountered issue is that of getting a message saying ‘There is already an existing order on hold.’
If you get this message when use either the Order Creation by History or Order Creation by Min/Max it simply means that there’s already a parked Order in that session that needs to be cleared before you can create a new order.
The way to find this parked order is to open Order Entry by Product and/or Order Entry by Supplier within the same session. You will find the Park Order in one of these windows. One you have located the order simple complete it or Void it. You will then be able to run Order Creation by History or Order Creation by Min/Max as you had wanted to.
