Order Report – Include Current Week Sales

Added a new tick box called ‘Include Current Week Sales’. This is only available when ‘Order Type’ is set to ‘Weekly Dissection’. When this new tick box is set to True, the report will print out the current week sales, plus the last 6 weeks. Otherwise it will continue to print out the last 7 weeks.
