A new tick box has been added to Order Configurations called “Restrict Internal Ordering to existing Suppliers”.
When an Internal Order is created through Order Entry by Product and the new configuration ‘Restrict Internal Ordering to existing Suppliers’ is set to True, the system will only allow users to order Products that have at least one Internal Supplier attached to it. The Supplier drop down will also only show Internal Suppliers attached to the Product.
When an Internal Order is created through Order Entry by Supplier and the new configuration ‘Restrict Internal Ordering to existing Suppliers’ is set to True, the system will only allow users to order Products that have the Order’s Internal Supplier attached to it.
