Customer Maintenance – Message on Delivery

Additional fields have been added to allow B2B advice to be sent to customers when ACR receives a proof of delivery message from an external source (such as Track-n-Deliver)

The change entails the following

  • Added to the ‘Advice’s’ section ‘On Delivery’ fields
  • The Delivery method for ‘On Delivery’ only supports Email.
  • The Options for ‘On Delivery’ will be the same as the others, with an extra option of ‘Copy Invoice’. The new option will attach a .pdf copy of the Invoice to the email sent.
