An update has been made to the Product Stock Area window behind the Stock Areas button in Product Maintenance. A new field called ‘Available to Pick’ has been added.This field will show ‘Stock on Hand’ – ‘Transient Units’ – total currently picked (confirmed). This field will re-calculate when Stock Allocations is ran.
Users can drill down on this new field showing the ‘Display Incomplete Invoices Picked’ screen. This screen will show details of Invoice lines that add up to the total currently picked (confirmed). A line showing ‘Unknown’ can exist on this new screen.
This ‘Unknown’ quantity line usually exists when an Invoice is currently in the process of being confirmed (either in RFGuns or the Confirmation System) and the system has yet to save the changes. It can also exist if the RFGun has lost connection while in the middle of confirming an Invoice.
