An update has been made to the Auto Payments System to accommodate the addition of BPAY and Credit Card payment methods to the Creditor System.
- Two new Payment Types (BPAY/Credit Card) have been added to the Auto Payments Qualifier Window.
- The Auto Pay field has been added to top section of Auto Payment for reference and also added to Auto Payment List report.
- The Cheque Requisition button has been renamed to Requisitions and now includes the two new Auto Pay options (BPAY/CREDIT CARD).
- The Process function now posts the appropriate Cash Payments Journal, Cashbook, Accounts Payable and General Ledger transactions, for BPAY and Credit Card, the same as Cash Payment Entry.
- Two new Payment Types (BPAY/Credit Card) have been added to the Remittance Advice Qualifier screen.
