A change has been made to the fields available under the Distributors buttons in Customer Maintenance for sites configured to use the new Distributors Invoice eDoc Template:
- Inv Configurable Column has been renamed to Inv Configurable Column 1
- A new field that replaces the tick box ‘Don’t Print Wholesale Price’ with the drop down ‘Inv Configurable Column 2’. The drop down currently has two options: ‘None’, ‘List Price’
- A new field that replaces the tick box ‘Don’t Print Line Discount’ with the drop down ‘Inv Configurable Column 3’. The drop down currently has two options: ‘None’, ‘Discount’
Please note the two new fields will:
- only be used on the Distributor Wholesale Invoice eDoc type
- automatically be set for all customers based on the value of the existing tick box fields on installation.
Furthermore, please not that the old tick boxes ‘Don’t Print Wholesale Price’ and ‘Don’t Print Line Discount’ will still exist in Customer Maintenance under ‘Pricing and Disc’, and they will continue to be used for all other Wholesale Invoice eDoc types where applicable.
