An update has been made to the Contacts window in Customer Maintenance.
- ‘Position’ can now allow up to 30 characters in upper or lowercase. Also added the following new fields
- Department
- Alternate Email
- Facebook Account
- Twitter Account
- Instagram Account
- LinkedIn Account
- Preferred Contact (Changing this makes the appropriate linked field mandatory)
- Exclude from Marketing
The changes in Customer Maintenance – Contacts will also be effective in the following areas
- Customer Contacts
- Supplier Contacts
- Institution Contacts
- Address Book
