An update has been made to Product Maintenance specifically the “Duplicate Product” feature. The ability to select which fields and values will be reproduced on the new Product created by the “Duplicate Product” feature.
A new configuration window called “Duplicate Product Configuration” is located in the Default Menu Toolbox > Configurations > Duplicate Product Configuration.
Fields that cannot be duplicated are unchecked and will appear grayed out (cannot be modified) additionally fields that are mandatory are checked and will appear grayed out. Fields that are checked and not grayed out will be duplicated whilst fields that are unchecked and not grayed out will not.
This configuration is applied globally.
Note: The default value is for all available fields to be duplicated.
